PARENT'S DISCIPLESHIP INVENTORY
In order for us to help you determine your child's personality profile we need you to complete the Parent's Discipleship Inventory. It is our contention that when Jesus called his/her twelve disciples he/she called one of each personality type. He/She was the perfect personality and could work with all the different personality types.
If your counselor has asked you to complete the Parent's Discipleship Inventory
In order for us to help you determine your personality profile we need you to complete the Adolescent's Discipleship Inventory. It is our contention that when Jesus called his twelve disciples he called one of each personality type. He was the perfect personality and could work with all the different personality types. This test meant for 13-17 year-olds.
If your counselor has asked you to complete the Adolescent's Discipleship Inventory
In order for us to help determine your child's personality profile we would like your child (aged 13 to 17) to complete the Personality Inventory for Youth.
If your counselor asked to your child complete the Personality Inventory for Youth (PIY)
In order for us to help you determine your child's personality profile we would like a teacher or other school official familar with your child to complete the Student Behavior Survey.
